I live in a community of 4 homes and our 20-year old residential gate was out of commission. I got several different quotes from vendors and Evergreen Electric was one of the more reasonable quotes. They also had reliable reviews. I was still a bit skeptical but upon meeting Din, he assured me that he and his team knew exactly the kind of gate motors we needed replaced and knew what to do. He suggested going with the commercial Liftmaster as a replacement to our old motor. He even cut us a pretty good deal for it as well. Din made himself available when a lot of my neighbors had concerns and even jumped in on last minute calls with questions from neighbors while he was on vacation. I appreciated the dedication and service he gave us and the gate is smooth! Very silent and I barely hear anything. One thing as a consumer though is I'd check directly with cellgate which is the company that operates remote control of the gate and WiFi services. Din mis-quoted us and it didn't match what cellgate said. It was a significant difference so I'm bringing this up. In hindsight I probably should've done my homework and checked myself instead of relying on someone else for a quote from another company. In any case, I would definitely hire them again.
